Do you offer free shipping?
All orders within the United States automatically qualify for free shipping. Unfortunately we are not able to extend this offer to rest of the world. However, you could take advantage of periodic sales promotions of our products which is often targeted at our international customers.
My orders are taking longer than advertized.
Why has my order not arrived yet?
While we strive to deliver every order on time, there are occasional delays that are beyond our control. These can be caused by factors such as customs processing, changes in local or international regulations affecting eCommerce, unexpected carrier delays, or regional disruptions.
Rest assured, your order is still on its way and will arrive—just with a bit more time than expected. We monitor these situations closely and work with our partners to minimize delays wherever possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?
At Avalange, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items and limited drops are not eligible for return. For more information please see our Returns and Refunds page
How long does shipping take?
Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days. Delivery estimates:
USA/Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Note: These are merely estimates. Occassionally, due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes beyond our control, shipping may take longer. Government policies, customs, holidays, sometimes availability of product or product raw material etc could impact shiping times and delivery. Do you ship globally?
Yes, Avalange ships internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I choose the right size?
We strive to insert product size guide on each product page when we can. Also note that our fits are inspired by streetwear culture — usually slightly oversized. If unsure, size down for a fitted feel or up for a relaxed look.
Can I cancel my orders?
If your order hasn’t been produced yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible — we’re fast, so act quick. If however, your order had been produced, we are unable to cancel. Please read about our business model here
Are your products ethically or systainably made?
Yes. We work with print manufacturers and other partners , who follow ethical labor practices and prioritize eco-friendly production methods when possible.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You may also see installment options depending on your region.
Do you restock items?
Most drops are limited edition, so once they’re gone — they’re gone. Occasionally, we restock essentials. Sign up for restock alerts or follow us on facebook to stay in the loop.
